Lee Cardon began their work experience in 1990 at WordPerfect Corporation, where they worked as a Problem Resolution specialist until 1994. In 1997, they joined Curecrete Distribution as the Director of Information Systems, a role that they still hold. In the same year, they also worked at Insurequote as a Content Organizer until 1999. In 2009, they briefly worked as a Member at REIC.
Lee Cardon earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) from the University of Phoenix. Lee attended the university from 2002 to 2004.
