Kunal Pote has extensive experience in food production and kitchen operations, currently serving as Project Lead for Central Kitchen Operations at Curefoods (EatFit) since June 2022, responsible for overseeing food production and dispatch to dark kitchens. Prior to this role, Kunal held various positions, including Kitchen Manager, Operations Lead at Shadowfax Technologies, and Delivery Kitchen Manager at Ola Foods. With a solid background in operational management across multiple food service companies, Kunal has demonstrated expertise in kitchen audits, process optimization, and quality management. Kunal's career began with earlier roles in bartending and trainee positions in hospitality, building a strong foundation in restaurant operations. Kunal holds a BSc in Hospitality & Hotel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition in Mumbai.
