Adeel Rafiq has a comprehensive work experience in various roles within the software engineering and project management fields. Adeel started their career in 2001 as a Systems Analyst/Software Engineer at Surgelogix, where they worked until 2004. In 2004, they joined Acrologix (Pvt) LTD as a Business Analyst until 2005. Following that, they worked at the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences as an Associate Project Manager from 2005 to 2006. In 2006, they joined CureMD as a Project Manager and was later promoted to Senior Project Manager in 2010. Adeel held this position until 2013 when they became an Assistant Vice President. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Engineering at CureMD, starting in May 2022. In addition to their roles in the industry, they have also worked as a Visiting Faculty at the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences from 2017 onwards and at The Institute of Management Sciences (Pak-AIMS) from 2014 to 2016.
Adeel Rafiq pursued their education in the field of Computer Science and Software Engineering. Adeel started their academic journey at The Institute of Management Sciences (Pak-AIMS) from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences. Afterward, they attended the University of the Punjab in an unspecified start year and graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering. Subsequently, from 2003 to 2006, they pursued a Masters's degree in Software Project Management with a specialization in Computer Science and Software Engineering at the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences.
