Ammar Zia began their work experience in 2014 as a Business Development representative at World BI. Ammar held this role for three years until 2017. Later that year, they joined CureMD as a Software Analyst, and concurrently took on the role of Lead Customer Success. The duration of their involvement with CureMD and their position as Lead Customer Success are both ongoing.

Ammar Zia attended the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences from 2012 to 2016. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, specializing in computers.
