Shireen Khan has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 with an internship at Mobilink. Shireen then worked as a Customer Complaint Portal Handler at Huawei Technologies, where they handled individual customer complaints and monitored network performance. Shireen also worked at Mobilink as a NOC Customer Complaint Analyst, handling nationwide quality of service complaints. At SWAAM Tech (Pvt) Ltd, they served as an Assistant Manager IT Sales, utilizing their communication and organizational skills. Most recently, Shireen worked at CureMD, starting as an Assistant Technical Writer before transitioning to a Business Analyst role and eventually becoming a Senior Business Analyst. In their positions at CureMD, they worked on requirement analysis, product backlog management, and process improvement, and also mentored and trained other BAs.
