Dan Pamment

Dan Pamment is an experienced professional in the entertainment and event production industry, currently serving as the Director of UK & Europe at The CurEnt Group since November 2025. Pamment is also the Director and Founder of Maven Odyssey Ltd, established in September 2008, which specializes in providing clients with advisory and delivery solutions for talent booking and entertainment experiences. Additionally, Pamment co-founded Blue International in October 2016, focusing on producing world-class private events with renowned A-list talent. Prior experience includes working as an Event & Production Consultant at Somo Global until November 2023 and serving as a Project Manager at Icom Group Ltd from September 2006 to September 2008, where Pamment developed strategies for mobile and digital solutions at major music festivals. Pamment began a career in the industry as an International Product Manager at V2 Records from May 1998 to July 2006. Education was completed at Reigate College from 1995 to 1997.
