Brett Abrahams

Brett Abrahams is an accomplished leader in the biotechnology sector, currently serving as the President and Founder of Heppin Biosciences since November 2020, where the focus is on developing therapeutics and supporting biotech ventures. In addition to this role, Brett is an Operating Partner at Persephoni BioPartners and a Founding Member of the Strategic Advisory Board at CureSHANK. Brett's extensive experience includes positions on various scientific advisory boards, including those for the POGZ Disorders Foundation, Autism Speaks, and the Foundation for Angelman Syndrome Therapeutics. Previously, Brett held significant roles at Magnolia Neurosciences, Ovid Therapeutics, and has a robust educational background including a Post Doctoral Fellowship in Human Genetics from UCLA, a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from The University of British Columbia, and a BSc in Psychology from Queen's University.
