QC ASAT Group Lead at CureVac

Lea Schneider serves as the QC ASAT Group Lead at CureVac since October 2021, overseeing the QC Analytical Science & Technologies Team and focusing on the establishment, optimization, validation, and transfer of analytical methods for pDNA and mRNA products. Previously, Lea held the position of Quality Manager Transfer at Sanofi from January 2013 to October 2021, leading the Analytical Life Cycle Management for Quality Control methods related to Insulin APIs and raw materials. Prior roles include positions such as Head of Laboratory Bioanalytics and Deputy Head of Quality Control for Insulins at Sanofi, along with various developmental experiences in quality control and assurance within the pharmaceutical industry. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Pharmacy from Goethe University Frankfurt and a State examination in Pharmacy from the University of Tübingen, complemented by an international academic experience in Australia.
