Tobias Seibel

Tobias Seibel serves as the Associate Director of Translational and Clinical Science at CureVac AG since March 2013, focusing on the development and execution of biomarker strategies for RNA-based immunotherapeutics in oncology and infectious diseases. Previous roles include Clinical Project Manager at CureVac AG, where oversight of national and multinational clinical trials was provided, and Clinical Research Associate at ERGOMED PLC, monitoring international clinical trials in oncology and immunotherapy. Earlier experience includes a Research Associate position at the DKFZ German Cancer Research Center, concentrating on T cell-based immunotherapeutics and their interactions with the tumor microenvironment. Tobias Seibel earned a PhD in Translational Immuno-Oncology and a Master’s Degree in Immunology from Heidelberg University.
