Earlier in their career, Colin worked at Square 1 Bank as an Associate in Structured Finance, and at Schonfeld as an Equities Portfolio Manager. Colin's investment strategies are focused on identifying industries undergoing changes and leveraging them for long-term success, with a particular emphasis on technology and life sciences.
Colin Kelly, CFA, holds a BA in Economics & Geography from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, which they completed from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, Colin obtained their High School Diploma from McCallie School in 2003. Colin pursued further education and completed an MBA from the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management between 2013 and 2015. Colin is currently enrolled at the University of Michigan, where they are working towards a Masters of Applied Data Science, which they are expected to complete between 2020 and 2023. Additionally, Colin holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst obtained from the CFA Institute in August 2017. Colin also possesses expired licenses for Series 7 and 63 obtained through FINRA.
