Cheryl Ray

Cheryl Ray is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in claims support, currently serving as a Claims Specialist at Curi since February 2018, following the company's rebranding from Medical Mutual in April 2019. Previously, Cheryl Ray held the position of Senior Litigation Assistant at MagMutual from November 2011 to February 2018 and worked at Travelers Insurance as a Claim Support Specialist from 2001 to January 2011. Earlier experience includes roles at St Paul Insurance Company as an Inside Claim Representative and Claim Support Associate, and at North Carolina Joint Underwriting Association as a Claim Trainee. Cheryl Ray began a career in the insurance industry at General Reinsurance Corporation, where various roles such as Claim Analyst, Claim Coordinator, and Claim Secretary were held from 1989 to 1996. Cheryl Ray holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
