Kristine Shepherd CQM/OE, CHA has extensive work experience in quality assurance and management roles. Kristine currently holds the position of Director of Quality at Curia. Prior to this, they worked at MilliporeSigma as the Head of Quality and Senior Quality Assurance Supervisor. Kristine also served as the Senior Quality Manager and Quality Manager at HUVEPHARMA, INC. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Quality Assurance Supervisor at Sigma-Aldrich and QC Supervisor at Sigma Aldrich. Kristine has also worked at Express Scripts as an Audit Liaison Manager, KV Pharmaceutical as a Quality Assurance Investigator and QA Batch Record Coordinator, and Covidien as a LIMS Analyst and QA Associate. Their responsibilities have included ensuring compliance, managing audits, coordinating remediation activities, and overseeing quality control and assurance processes.

Kristine Shepherd CQM/OE, CHA obtained an Associate in Applied Science degree in Chemical Technology from St. Louis Community College in 1994. In 2005, they completed their Bachelor of Arts in Management from Webster University. Continuing their education, they acquired a Master of Science degree in Science Management and Leadership from Webster University in 2014.
