Gervasoni Stephane

Gervasoni Stephane is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in European judicial institutions. Currently serving as a judge at the Court of Justice of the European Union since September 2013, Gervasoni has held multiple roles including president of a chamber at the European Union Tribunal since September 2016. Prior to this, Gervasoni acted as a Counselor of State at the Conseil d'État from 2011 to 2013, and was a judge at the European Court of Justice from 2001 to 2011. Gervasoni's earlier career includes positions as sous-préfet and secretary general in the French Ministry of the Interior, and as maître des requêtes at the Conseil d'État. Academic credentials include a diploma from the Ecole nationale d'Administration and a degree from Sciences Po Grenoble - UGA.
