Engineering Manager at Curida

Kristoffer Haugen has a diverse work experience in engineering and project management roles. From 2014 to 2019, they worked as a Project Engineer at GKN Aerospace, where they supported production with shopfloor IT integration and led projects for machinery sourcing and procurement. Kristoffer also contributed to R&D projects. From 2019 to 2021, they served as an Engineering Manager - Signalling Systems at Bane NOR, responsible for leading signalling engineering projects in the Oslo area, including cost management and interface coordination. Currently, since 2021, they are working as an Engineering Manager at Curida, where they are responsible for sourcing and qualifying production equipment for pharmaceutical production.

Kristoffer Haugen completed their Bachelor's degree in Applied Science in Elektronikk og informasjonsteknologi - Kybernetikk from Oslo and Akershus University College in 2014. In the same year, they also participated in an External Study program at Michigan Technological University as part of their Bachelor of electrical engineering at HiOA. Kristoffer then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Industrimaster i Systems Engineering from the University of South-Eastern Norway from 2014 to 2017. As part of their Master's program, they also participated in an External Study Program at Stevens Institute of Technology for one year in 2016, focusing on Systems Engineering.
