Navya Davuluri, PhD has extensive experience in the healthcare and technology industries. Navya began their career in 2008 as a Research Assistant at the University of Southern California, where they developed electronic prosthetics to restore functional vision in blind people and addressed clinical problems such as image stabilization. In 2007, they worked as a Research Assistant at the NASA Ames Research Center, where they built computational models of biomolecules using bioinformatics techniques. In 2008, they were a Summer Intern at LS9, Inc., where they implemented an internal BLAST query system to analyze protein structures and predict structures of novel proteins.

In 2014, they began working at the Samsung Strategy and Innovation Center as a Sr. Algorithm Developer, where they developed sensors and algorithms for Simband. The same year, they were a Coulter Intern at the USC Stevens Center for Innovation, where they performed technology assessments to determine commercialization prospects for new technologies developed at USC. In 2017, they were an Entrepreneur In Residence at SRI International and a D-Health Lab Fellow at D-Health Lab, USC. Finally, in 2018, they became the Founder and CEO of CurieAi, a healthcare startup spun-off from SRI International, where they developed transformative AI-based technology for helping physicians in better management of chronic respiratory conditions like Asthma and COPD.

Navya Davuluri, PhD obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Southern California from 2008 to 2014. Navya also completed a Certificate in Technology Commercialization from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Bioinformatics from the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2004 to 2007.
