Benjamin Kolt

Benjamin Kolt has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Benjamin is currently the VP Data Products and Customer Success at CuriMeta, a health-system-affiliated real-world data platform company. In this role, Benjamin is dedicated to providing researchers with comprehensive insights and evidence derived from the advanced real-world health data platform.

Prior to their current position, Benjamin worked as the Director of Customer Success at Castlight Health, where they played a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction. Benjamin also has a significant tenure at IBM Watson Health, where they held various roles including Director of Client Experience and Education Manager. During their time at IBM, Benjamin identified areas for improvement in client on-boarding, implemented new teams, and educated internal teams and client resources on complex analytics and visualization.

Before joining IBM, Benjamin gained experience at The MetroHealth System, where they transformed the IS training team and redesigned clinical IS training to focus on incorporating technology tools into workflow. Benjamin also worked as the Manager of Technical Services at Noteworthy Medical Systems, overseeing software installation, technical support, and troubleshooting tasks across multiple companies.

Earlier in their career, Benjamin held the position of Manager of Learning and Development at Brulant, where they created a Learning and Development department and was accountable for soft-skill development and technical education. Benjamin also served as the Education Manager at ASM International and Senior Instructional Designer at National City Corporation.

Additionally, Benjamin has experience as the Vice President of Client Services at Lucidyx, LLC, and as the Manager of Technical Training at NetGenics.
