Nikki Rath serves as the Chief People Officer at Curinos, bringing extensive experience in human capital leadership from previous roles, including Global Director of Human Capital at Strategy&, part of the PwC network, and various significant positions at Booz & Company, such as Director of Human Capital for Global Markets and Senior Human Capital Manager. Additionally, Nikki held key roles in campus and executive recruiting at Booz Allen Hamilton. Educationally, Nikki graduated with a BA in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and further enhanced expertise at the Texas McCombs School of Business.
