Richard Navarro

Richard Navarro has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Richard started their career as a Maintenance Supervisor at RAF Alconbury in 1998. From there, they worked as a Broadband Wireless Technician at Nortel Networks and was later promoted to Site Team Leader, responsible for overseeing multiple sites in Southern Texas.

In 2001, Richard joined Community Credit Union as a Sales Associate, where they sold and cross-sold products and services to customers, meeting monthly sales goals. Richard then transitioned to Bank of America in 2003, serving as a Personal Loan Consultant and later as a Modification Loan Rep II, assisting customers with loan modifications. Richard then became a Quality Control Senior Loan Service Specialist, ensuring loan modification documents met quality standards. Richard also served as an AVP - Mortgage Servicing Team Manager, where they managed a team and reviewed production reports for compliance.

In 2017, Richard joined PennyMac Loan Services as a Home Loan Specialist, supporting various channels in the loan origination and refinance process.
