Kia Lomagno has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. They started their career as a Merchandise Allocator at Wilsons Leather in 2000, where they worked until 2004. In 2004, they joined Polaris Industries as an Apparel Product Developer for Victory Motorcycles, responsible for all aspects of private label apparel development. After a year, in 2005, they transitioned to Evine Live, where they first worked as a Buyer for Apparel and later as a Buyer for Home Furnishings, Tabletop, and Collectibles. At Evine Live, they were recognized as a strategic product development and sourcing specialist, delivering profitable product development cycles and generating $40 million in annual sales. In 2011, they joined Target as a Buyer for Table Linens and Kitchen Textiles, managing a $100 million business and leading a cross-functional team. After a year, in 2012, they moved to AM Retail Group as a Buyer for Calvin Klein Performance and Karl Lagerfeld Paris. They eventually became the Director of Merchandising, holding the position for two years until 2019. They currently work for CURiO Brands, where they started as a Key Account Manager and later transitioned into the role of Sr. Wholesale Sales Manager in April 2021.

Kia Lomagno's education history includes attending the International Academy of Design and Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Merchandising. Kia also attended Northern Illinois University to pursue studies in Business, although they did not complete a specific degree at this institution.
