Alejandra Freshwater

Alejandra Freshwater has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Currently, they serve as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Curio Wellness. Prior to this, they worked as the Recruiting Manager for Cannabis Operations at TILT Holdings.

Before their roles in the cannabis industry, Alejandra gained valuable experience at Amazon, where they held various positions. Alejandra worked as the Global Expansion Project Manager from April 2019 to December 2021 and as the Talent Optimization Lead from September 2018 to April 2019. Alejandra also served as a Sr. Talent Supply/Retention Partner from February 2018 to September 2018.

Furthermore, Alejandra worked as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at EOS IT Solutions from January 2021 to June 2021. Alejandra also has prior experience in the hospitality industry, where they worked at MGM Resorts International. Alejandra served as both an Employment Specialist from October 2016 to January 2018 and Talent Acquisition from June 2016 to February 2017.

Alejandra Freshwater completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst in 2019. Alejandra also pursued the same degree program at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
