Matt Fischer

Matt Fischer is a seasoned advertising professional with extensive experience in creative leadership and agency management. Currently serving as CEO and President at Curiosity, an independent creative solutions agency in Cincinnati since January 2010, Matt focuses on harnessing strategic curiosity to produce innovative solutions. Prior to Curiosity, Matt held the position of President at WonderGroup, managing agency functions and high-level client relationships. At FCB New York from 1994 to 2001, Matt was a Group Creative Director, leading a team of over 20 and winning the FCB Chairman’s Award twice, while creating notable campaigns including the celebrated “Grandma Rocky” commercial for Tropicana. Matt's earlier career includes senior roles at prominent agencies such as BBDO, Hill Holliday, Y&R Brands, and DDB, contributing to a diverse portfolio of high-profile clients. Matt holds a BA in Studio Art from DePauw University.
