Carolyn Paganis

Carolyn Paganis (Shrader) is an experienced media buyer currently working at Curious Jane since July 2023, where responsibilities include managing Google Ads campaigns, collaborating with teams to align strategies, conducting quality assurance, and optimizing campaign performance. Prior experience as a Google Ads Specialist at Dippidi involved onboarding clients and executing PPC campaigns, as well as performance analysis and campaign maintenance. Carolyn also served as the Marketing and Grants Coordinator for the Hernando County Education Foundation, managing grant proposals and promotional materials, and held various customer service and operational roles in retail and fitness environments. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Minor in Economics from Florida Southern College, earned in 2020.
