Sanna Dahlin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Starting in 2006, they worked in customer service and invoice management at Com Hem AB before moving on to Spring Mobil where they held various positions across different departments. In 2011, they interned at Ehrenstråhle BBDO, contributing to client workshops and marketing ideas. Sanna then pursued a one-year educational program in Interactive Communication at Berghs School of Communication. Sanna later joined Tele2 as a Content Manager and Marketing Assistant, responsible for website content and copywriting. Sanna also served as a key customer contact and worked closely with service managers. Sanna worked as a Content Manager at Bisnode Sverige, iResponse Network and Media AB, and UR, where they were involved in content creation, management, and optimization. Sanna also gained experience as a Web Editor and Site Manager at Visit Sweden and as a Web Content Manager at Svensk Handel, working on Google Analytics, SEO recommendations, and content publishing. Currently, Sanna is a Product Owner at Curious Mind, responsible for maximizing value delivery by aligning customer and stakeholder needs with the team backlog at Skatteverket.

Sanna Dahlin attended Berghs School of Communication from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained a degree in Interactive Communication with a specialization in Interactive Copywriting. Prior to that, they attended Rudbecksskolan from 2000 to 2003, focusing on Media and Communication.
