Peter McCabe Dip Wset

Peter McCabe, a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the Irish and international wine trade, currently serves as a Wine Consultant at Curious Wines since July 2023, focusing on enhancing trade offerings. Previously, Peter was an Educator at Wine Industry Network from July 2020 to July 2023, specializing in wine and spirits education. Peter's extensive background includes roles as Searsons Account Manager, managing sales and key accounts from August 2006 to June 2020, and as a Sales Representative for Findlater & Co, where Peter exceeded sales targets. Additionally, Peter contributed as a Hospitality and Wine Instructor on a voluntary basis for Fáilte Ireland. Earlier experience encompasses a prestigious tenure as Sommelier at renowned 5-star hotels, including Ashford Castle and Park Kenmare.
