Melvin Lye, MBA, BCMAS

Melvin Lye, MBA, BCMAS has a wealth of work experience. In 2003, they were an Undergraduate Biologist at the National University of Singapore. In 2005, they were a SARS Medic at the Raffles Medical Group. In 2006, they were a Research Associate at the Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology, where they successfully screened up to 19 hybridoma antibodies relevant for ELISA, IF, IP, FACs, Neutralization, as well as 3 phage Fabs for cancer cell lines and integrated the Tecan Hybridoma Automation Station for Monoclonal Antibody Unit. In 2010, they began working at Curiox Biosystems, where they held the roles of Director of Product and Scientific Affairs, Director of Sales and Application, Business Manager of Technology (US), Head of Field Application, and Application Manager. In 2011, they began working at Genentech as an Application Scientist.

Melvin Lye obtained their Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Quantic School of Business and Technology between 2018 and 2019. Before that, they received their Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences with Honors from the National University of Singapore between 2002 and 2006. In addition to their educational qualifications, Melvin Lye also holds certifications in Six Sigma and Lean: Quantitative Tools for Quality and Productivity (obtained in April 2018 from Technical University Munich), Responsible Care and Use of Laboratory Animals (obtained in July 2006 from A*STAR - Agency for Science, Technology and Research), and Board Certified Medical Affairs Specialist (BCMAS) (obtained in November 2022 from Accreditation Council for Medical Affairs (ACMA)).
