Doug Younie

Doug Younie has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Doug currently holds the position of VP of Finance at Curis Functional Health, where they focus on integrating holistic approaches to achieve mental and physical wellness. Prior to this, they served as a Board Member at The League of Extraordinary Gentleman of Texas. Doug also worked as the Managing Director at RSVP-Riverbend in Riverbend Solutions Group, providing financial and operational success solutions to privately held companies. Doug's previous experience includes serving as the Senior VP & CFO at Apogee Entertainment, LLC, where they led the launch of the Duke Nukem Trilogy. Doug also worked as CFO & Corporate Finance at ClearDB, a cloud-based database-as-a-service provider. Additionally, they served as a Senior Advisor at M&A Partners and as President of Verde Renewable Energy, LLC, where they developed power plants utilizing anaerobic digestion. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director at Parkwood Advisors, LLC, offering professional services for business growth. Doug's earlier work experience includes being a Managing Director at MarinaRSVP and a CFO at Codekko Software.

Doug Younie obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and German from San Diego State University, where they studied from 1969 to 1974. Doug further pursued their education at the same university and completed their Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from 1975 to 1978.
