Diantha Duvall

Diantha Duvall has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles, primarily in the pharmaceutical industry. Diantha most recently held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Curis since August 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Member of the Board of Directors at BioTheryX, Inc. starting in August 2021.

Duvall previously worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Genocea from March 2019 to July 2022. Before that, they held the role of Vice President at Bioverativ from February 2017 to January 2019.

Diantha has also worked at Biogen, where they held various roles including Global Commercial Controller from January 2016 to February 2017 and US Commercial Controller from February 2015 to January 2016.

Duvall started their career at Merck, where they held different positions such as Emerging Business Acting CFO and Business Development Controller from May 2013 to January 2015, and Executive Director Accounting Standards from May 2009 to May 2013.

Before joining Merck, they worked at PwC, holding roles such as Senior Audit Manager from August 2008 to May 2009, National Office Senior Manager from July 2006 to August 2008, and Senior Manager from September 1996 to June 2006.

Throughout their career, Duvall has gained experience in financial management, accounting standards, revenue recognition, and mergers and acquisitions. Diantha has worked with both start-up companies and multinational clients.

Diantha Duvall obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Colby College, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Diantha then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Accounting at Northeastern University, completing their studies from 1995 to 1996.
