Hernán Bejarano is a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in system administration, cloud engineering, and technical support. Currently serving as a System Administrator at Curity since October 2022, Hernán manages endpoint devices and enterprise information systems while providing Tier 3 technical support. Prior roles include Cloud Engineer and IT Help Desk Lead at TRAX, as well as Professional Services Engineer at Sutherland Global Services, where implementation of the NICE platform was a key responsibility. Hernán's experience also encompasses incident analysis and technical support in various positions at Sodimac Colombia Homecenter, Teleperformance, Getronics Latam, Hewlett-Packard, and as a professor in electronic engineering and digital systems. Hernán holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering and multiple certifications, including NICE Certified Engineer and ITIL Foundations V3.
