Norman Ortiz is a seasoned entrepreneur and design professional with a diverse background in digital transformation and user experience design. As the Founder and CEO of Apps Inc since February 2011, Norman has successfully led the company to grow its user base to over 4 million across 248 countries and developed the first mobile-first SaaS app builder, earning two US patents. Norman's experience includes serving as Principal UX Designer at ChenMed, UX Product Design Lead at Allstate, and various senior roles at other prominent companies such as Carnival Cruise Line, hypermedica, and Office Depot. An educational background spanning from a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering to multiple advanced certifications, including an MBA from the University of Phoenix and training at Stanford University and Y Combinator, supports Norman's robust skill set in both management and design.
