Tracey McDade is a seasoned Senior Consultant at Curium Solutions US, specializing in strategic process and technology transformations with a focus on people-first approaches. Currently leading a customized change management plan for a large-scale ERP implementation, Tracey has also held significant roles at Deloitte Consulting and Mosaic Approach, Inc., where performance improvement initiatives were designed and developed to align with client cultures and values. As the Organization Development Manager and Vice President at First Bank and Trust, Tracey revitalized the Learning and Development office, overseeing the creation of a learning organization vision.
