Jeff Cronk, MBA, FCIP, CRM, is an accomplished professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as Vice President, National Claims at Curo Claims Services since April 2022. With extensive experience in claims administration, Jeff has held multiple positions including Director and Manager, focusing on enhancing client satisfaction and operational efficiency. In addition to a successful corporate career, Jeff contributes to education as a part-time college instructor in the Business Insurance Program at Conestoga College. An ongoing learner, Jeff is pursuing a Master of Economic Development and Innovation at the University of Waterloo and has a diverse educational background, including multiple degrees and certifications in business administration and risk management.
