Irune Secada

Irune Secada has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Irune is currently working as a Senior Project Manager at CuroGens Inc. Since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at FERCHAU from 2014 to 2022 as a Team Leader, where they were responsible for managing and motivating the team to achieve common goals. Irune also served as a Business Development Manager at Ballcan from 2012 to 2013, where they identified business opportunities and supported and coached the team.

Irune gained research experience at TU Braunschweig from 2011 to 2012, where they conducted a master's thesis on customer satisfaction in the telecommunications industry. As a Business Analyst (Trainee) at Telefónica in 2009, Irune analyzed key performance indicators and supported the management team with presentations and action plans. Irune also worked as a Software Developer (Bachelor Thesis) at Huawei in 2008, where they designed and implemented an application to detect and analyze failures and alarms of radio base stations. Lastly, Irune had an internship at Inelectra in 2007, where they worked as a Project Analyst and provided support in the evaluation and negotiation of equipment and subcontract offers for CCTV projects.

From 2003 to 2008, Irune attended UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and earned a degree in Telecommunications Engineering.

In 2007 and 2008, Irune participated in a university exchange program at Universidad de Deusto focusing on Telecommunication Engineering.

Between 2009 and 2011, Irune pursued a Master of Science in Telecommunications Engineering and Management at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.

In 2011, Irune enrolled in a German course at the Colon Institute.

From 2011 to 2012, Irune conducted a Master Thesis at the Technische Universität Braunschweig, although the field of study is not specified.

In 2013, Irune furthered their German language skills by taking a German course at the DID Institute.
