Madeline Hoepf

Madeline Hoepf, MSODL, is currently a Senior HR Generalist at Curology, where employment commenced in March 2025. Previously, Madeline served as a People & Culture Generalist and Human Resources Coordinator at Vouch Insurance from June 2022 to February 2025. Prior to that, from September 2018 to May 2022, Madeline worked at Donorly as a Development Consultant & Program Manager, leading project teams to design and implement fundraising programs for nonprofit organizations. Additional roles include Project Manager and Major Gifts Assistant at The Public Theater, Cause Marketing & Corporate Partnerships at Make-A-Wish® Illinois, Development & Membership at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago, and StorySlam Producing at The Moth. Madeline holds a Master’s degree in Organization Development & Leadership from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Fordham University.
