Mike Penake

Mike Penake currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Curology since September 2024. Previously, Mike held the CFO position at Not Your Mother's Haircare, where responsibilities included accelerating growth for DeMert Brands and overseeing support functions such as Human Resources, IT, and Legal. At Henkel from March 2016 to September 2020, Mike was the Vice President of North America Finance and General Manager for Beauty Care Canada, providing strategic leadership for the North America Beauty Care Division and driving margin expansion. Mike's extensive experience at General Mills spanned various roles, ultimately concluding as Senior Manager of Corporate Finance, where innovation strategies and cross-functional projects were implemented to enhance business performance. Mike holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota and a BS in Finance/Accounting from Iowa State University.
