Elisa Monacchi

Elisa Monacchi has a diverse work experience in various product management roles. Elisa started their most recent role as a Product Director for Payments and Collections Products at Visa in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Director at Currencycloud starting in 2021. From 2019 to 2021, Elisa served as a Senior Product Manager at Grab, where they were responsible for the in-house built Agent software, Chatbot, and real-time chat support. Elisa also contributed to a patent for a dynamic queue limit system for Chat support during their time at Grab.
