Helen Steir

Helen Steir has extensive experience in customer service and data entry roles, currently serving as a Data Entry/Call Center representative at Current Media Group LLC since September 2020. In this position, Helen assists customers with order placements, provides information on back-ordered items, and handles catalog requests. Prior to this, Helen worked as a Data Entry Specialist at Pikes Peak Test Labs Inc from March 2014 to March 2020, where responsibilities included managing tool calibration paperwork, customer interactions for tool drop-off and pick-up, and processing credit card payments. Helen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver, which was obtained between 2007 and 2011.
