William Kister

William Kister is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Finance at Current since September 2022. In this role, responsibilities include financial modeling, M&A, capital raising, reporting, and project development, supporting Current's efforts to expand its eMobility solutions and Class 3-8 electric vehicle capabilities. Prior to Current, Kister worked as a Consultant at Rubicon Capital Advisors from January 2019 to August 2022, focusing on buy-side and sell-side M&A in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Kister's career also includes roles in renewable energy development at RES and corporate finance at New York Life Insurance Company. Kister holds a Master of Science degree from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delaware.
