Larry Hersh

Larry Hersh has over 25 years of work experience in the drilling and pump industry. Larry was the Manager of the drilling and pump division at Alliance Irrigation since November 2019. Larry also served as the President of Hersh Consulting & Inspection since May 2014 and is currently available for work as a President since November 2015. Larry was the Maintenance Director at Kinetic Industry from January 2018 to June 2019. Larry has also held roles such as Vice President of Operations at PETE MARTIN DRILLING, Surface drilling Forman at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, Drilling Supervisor at Frear Consulting & Inspection, and Supervisor at Peterson Energy Management. Larry was the President and Owner of Hersh & Son Well Drilling, Inc. from 1994 to 2009.

Larry Hersh attended Loveland High from 1967 to 1970, but did not receive a degree or major in any field of study. In 1973, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Well Drilling/Driller from the State of Colorado. Additionally, Larry Hersh has obtained several certifications, including Texas TDLR from the State of Texas in November 2023, State license water well contractor from the State of Wyoming State Engineer office in December 2022, Water Well Driller/Pump Installer from the State of Oklahoma Water Resources Board in June 2020, Well Control from Wild Well in November 2014, Colorado Water Well Contractors Lic. 889 from the State Engineers Office of Colorado in January 2023, and State of New Mexico State Engineer from the New Mexico State Engineer in January 2022.
