Lucinda Brookens is an experienced project manager and analyst with a strong history in various organizational roles. Currently available for work since September 2020, Lucinda has served most recently as a project manager for the City of Tacoma IT since December 2019. Previous positions include project analyst at Weyer Haeuser Co, project manager at Wimmer Solutions, and project manager roles at AIM Consulting Group and Ciber@T-Mobile. Lucinda began career development at Washington Mutual as a senior program coordinator and held a program administrator position at KPMG. Earlier experience includes a business analyst role for the City of Sacramento. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Washington and additional training in Business Intelligence Analysis from Bellevue College.
