Nina Dudnik, PhD, currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer and Senior Commercialization Advisor, leveraging a robust background in synthetic biology, environmental sciences, biochemistry, and agriculture to drive the commercialization of research. Recent achievements include leading a $10M pilot program for technology translation with the National Science Foundation and advising startups on strategic decisions. Nina previously held the position of Chief Business Officer at BioLabs, where a five-year strategic plan for global operations was crafted, and directed corporate innovation at MilliporeSigma. As Founder and CEO of Seeding Labs, Nina transformed an all-volunteer organization into a multi-million dollar nonprofit, enhancing research capacity at 69 universities worldwide. Nina’s accolades include fellowships with prominent organizations such as PopTech, TED Conferences, and Echoing Green, alongside receiving the 2014 JFK New Frontier Award.
