Kiu Kwan Leung

Kiu Kwan Leung has eight years of work experience. Kiu Kwan began their career in 2008 as a Teaching Assistant at Ryerson University, a role they held until 2009. In 2011, they took on a Summer Co-op Software Engineer role at Red Hat. The following year, they were a Programmer (Secondary Contract) at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Dah Sing Bank as a Senior Analyst Programmer and Analyst Programmer. Kiu Kwan then moved to Manulife Asset Management as a Software Engineer in 2018 and then to HSBC as a Senior Engineer in 2019. Most recently, they have been a Senior Software Developer at Currenxie since 2022.

Kiu Kwan Leung completed a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Software Development (Honors) at Seneca College between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Applied Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ryerson University between 2007 and 2010. Kiu Kwan also completed a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Computer Engineering from Ryerson University between 2003 and 2007. In addition, they have obtained a number of certifications, including Architecting on AWS from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2020, Getting Started with Google Kubernetes Engine from Coursera in September 2019, Pivotal Certified Spring Web Application Developer - Spring Web (Spring 4.2) from Pivotal Software, Inc. in September 2016, Pivotal Certified Spring Enterprise Integration Specialist - Enterprise Spring (Spring 4.0) from Pivotal Software, Inc. in July 2016, and Pivotal Certified Spring Professional - Core Spring (Spring 4.2) from Pivotal Software, Inc. in April 2016.
