Peter Goransson

Peter Goransson is a highly experienced software engineering professional with a strong background in developing robust data platforms and web applications. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Curriculum Associates since June 2015, Peter has been instrumental in the development of a new streaming ETL data platform, utilizing technologies such as Kafka, Spark, and MemSQL. Peter's experience extends to full-stack development for the I-Ready platform, as well as previous roles at Building Engines, Inc. and Analog Devices, where Peter focused on SaaS product enhancements and large-scale web application development, respectively. With a Master’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Tufts University, Peter possesses a solid educational foundation to complement extensive hands-on experience in the software engineering field.
