Dillen Atkinson TECH IOSH IMaPS has over 25 years of work experience, starting in 1997 with the British Army where they held various roles, including Senior Manager, Senior Technical Instructor, Training & Development Manager, Training Instructor, and Physical Training Instructor. From 2020 to 2022, Dillen worked as a Health and Safety Advisor at Clancy, providing support and compliance with CDM regulations across 10 sites. From 2022 to 2023, they worked as a CDM Advisor at Ingleton Wood LLP, where they were responsible for various tasks related to health and safety during the pre-construction phase. Currently, Dillen is working at Currie & Brown as a Senior Principal Designer, ensuring compliance with CDM principles and organizing risk workshops with designers.

Dillen Atkinson TECH IOSH IMaPS received a Bachelor's degree in Level 6 Diploma in Management & Leadership from City and Guilds in 2018.
