Ronnie Weir

Ronnie Weir has extensive work experience in the field of health and safety. Ronnie is currently working as a Principal Designer at Currie & Brown since 2022. In this role, they have managed various projects, including health and safety files for a project in Durham and improvements in medical centers in Glasgow, Edinburgh, and Aberdeen.

Before that, Ronnie worked at C.D.M Consulting as a Director starting from 2015. Ronnie undertook CDM consultancy and Principal Designer roles in the East Central Scotland area. Ronnie specifically worked on the redevelopment and refurbishment program of Yester House near Gifford.

Prior to that, Ronnie worked at David Adamson Group as a Principal Designer (CDM) from 2015 to 2022. Ronnie was responsible for projects ranging from student accommodation to expanding the space at a medical center.

Ronnie also has experience working at Bam Nuttall Ltd, Waterman Aspen, BAM Rail bv, Mott MacDonald, BAE Systems, and Ferranti in various health and safety roles throughout their career.

Ronnie Weir attended Musselburgh Grammar School from 1965 to 1971. Ronnie then pursued a BSc (Honours) degree in Physics and Mathematics at Heriot-Watt University from 1971 to 1975.
