David Payne joined Curry Real Estate Services in 2007 and currently serves as construction and facilities manager for the company. In this position, Payne oversees all maintenance, renovation and construction – which includes the management of all tenant improvements and property development – for both company-owned and investor-owned properties.
In this role, Payne is an on-site resource available to owners and tenants alike, providing floor plan and other tenant improvement drawings as needed – a time and money saver for clients.
Prior to joining Curry, Payne worked for 17 years with UPS before taking positions of increasing responsibility in property maintenance and management with Curry.
