Matt Pepper

Matt Pepper has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Matt is currently serving as the Vice President at Curry Real Estate Services since February 2022. Before joining Curry Real Estate Services, Matt held various positions at Cushman & Wakefield from 2013 to 2022, including Operations Director, Senior Property Manager, and Assistant Property Manager. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Property Manager at USFP Property Management from 2011 to 2013. Matt's career in real estate began in 2009 as a Real Estate Services Coordinator at LANE4 Property Group, where they worked until 2010.

Matt Pepper completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Banking as well as Political Science, Leadership, and Public Service from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business. Matt attended this university from 2005 to 2009.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Matt pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Matt attended this institution from 2009 to 2010.

Prior to their university education, Matt attended Park Hill High School from 2001 to 2005. However, no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for their high school education.

In addition to their formal education, Matt obtained two additional certifications. In June 2013, they received the Advanced Board Member Certification from the Missouri School Boards' Association. This was followed by the Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management in April 2013.
