Lara Young is the founder of Mindset Coach Academy, providing globally accredited Mindset Coach Certification since 2016. With extensive experience as a coach, retreat host, and business strategist at Lara Makes it Happen!, Lara empowers women to reach their personal and professional potential through coaching, retreats, and workshops. As a book author, Lara created "52 Adventures to Change Your Life," offering a year-long series of engaging activities to enhance joy and passion. Lara serves as Managing Director of Somersault Consulting, delivering tailored business solutions for growth and talent identification. Key projects include leadership and talent development programs for Cooper Gay & Co Ltd, resilience training at Currys PC World Business, and cultural change initiatives at ZF Group. Additionally, Lara is an ABNLP Certified Trainer of NLP, Hypnotherapy, and Time Line Therapy, committed to helping individuals realize their potential. Lara holds a BA in English/Theatre, a Graduate Diploma in Professional Communication, and a Graduate Certificate in Adult Education and Human Resource Development.
