Clare Kidd

Clare Kidd is an accomplished professional in the field of reward and performance management, currently serving as Group Reward Director at Currys plc since September 2020, having previously held the position of Head of Strategic Reward. Prior to this, Clare was Group Head of Reward & Performance at Finablr for a brief period in early 2020, and the Global Head of Reward at Travelex from March to December 2019. Clare also has extensive experience at NGA Human Resources as Global Reward Director, and at Amazon and Turner Broadcasting as Compensation and Benefits Manager in various capacities. Clare initiated her career as a Reward Analyst at Mercer and has held significant HR roles at Woolworths. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from Bournemouth University, earned between 1993 and 1997.
