Katherine Lamb

Katherine Lamb is an experienced recruitment professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Beginning as Team Leader Recruitment at Alternative Direction Recruitment from January 2001 to March 2005, Katherine advanced to become Recruitment Manager at Caudwell Group, overseeing internal recruitment for the Birmingham Office of a rapidly growing company from January 2005 to March 2007. Following this, a significant tenure as Head of Recruitment Services at the University of Leicester lasted from January 2010 to July 2018, where strategic leadership was provided to meet university targets.
