Scott Baxter has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Scott is currently working at Checkout.com as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, leading a team of recruiters to help scale their global Product, Design, Data, and IT teams. In this role, they play a key role in anticipating future hiring needs and advises executives and directors on recruiting tactics. Prior to this, they worked at Improbable as a Talent Acquisition Lead for the Games Technology Unit, Corporate, and Commercial divisions, where they developed hiring plans and strategies and ensured timely hiring delivery across multiple locations. Before that, they held various recruitment roles at SThree, where they managed a team of technical recruiters and acted as the main point of contact for financial clients.
